Estimates
Free estimates for installs. $79 diagnostic for repairs, waived if you hire us. Price is based on the job after inspection.
What can change your price
Price holds once quoted unless the scope changes or we find something during the work that was not visible during the estimate.
Scheduling and weather
We schedule same or next day service. Mike will call you within 2 hours to set the time.
Payment
Payment due on completion. We accept card and check. Financing available through GreenSky.
Workmanship warranty
2-year workmanship warranty on labor. 10-year parts warranty from Carrier on new installs.
Manufacturer warranty
Manufacturer warranties are handled directly between you and the manufacturer. We help with the paperwork.
Access and safety
We need driveway access for equipment and clear space around the house. Please move vehicles and keep children and pets indoors while the crew is on site.
Limits of liability
Our liability is limited to the contract price. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions we documented and disclosed to you, or for consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. Insured.
